Dr. Hazen joined Associates in Dermatology in 1977. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Albion College and his medical degree from the University of Michigan. His internship and residency were completed at the University Hospitals of Cleveland. He is a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Case-Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, a Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Director of the Division of Dermatology at Fairview General Hospital.

Dr. Engstrom has been with the practice since 1980. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit. He completed his internship and residency at Metro Hospital, Cleveland. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.

Dr. Turgeon joined Associates in Dermatology in 1990. She received her Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, and her medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, where she also completed her internship. This was followed by a residency at Metro Hospital and a Dermatopathology Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and a Clinical Dermatology Instructor at Family Practice Residency, Fairview General Hospital.

Dr. Reep. has been a member of the practice since 2001. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Baldwin-Wallace College and his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio. He completed his internship at the Medical College of Ohio and residency at Henry Ford Health System, Detroit.

Dr. Tackett Styron has been with Associates in Dermatology since 2011. She received her Bachelor of Science from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and her medical degree from Case-Western Reserve University Medical School. Her internship and residency were completed at the Indiana University School of Medicine.

Dr. Shah received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Akron, Ohio, completed his medical school training at the Northeast Ohio Medical University, and pursued post-doctoral training as a medical intern at Summa Health Systems in Akron. He completed dermatology residency training at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York and was the Chief Resident of the Northport VA Medical Center and the Stony Brook Dermatology Residency Program. A fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology (Mohs Surgery) followed.
