Glytone Clarifying Cream

Glytone Clarifying Cream

A lightweight nighttime cream formulated with 4% Hydroquinone, helps to lighten dark patches on the skin

Benefits:
Hydroquinone helps lighten dark patches on the skin (such as melasma (Chloasma), freckles or solar lentigines) caused by pregnancy, birth control pills, hormone medicine, or skin injury
Fragrance-free

Directions for use:
Apply nightly to the affected area or as directed by a physician
Contains Sodium Metabisulfite, a sulfite that may cause serious allergic type reactions (e.g. hives, itching, wheezing, anaphylaxis, severe asthma attack) in certain susceptible persons

Indications:
For normal to dry skin:
Melasma (chloasma)
Freckles
Solar Lenitigines

Technical Information:
Hydroquinone is effective at decreasing hyperpigmentation
Hydroquinone is a known Tyrosinase inhibitor
Tyrosinase is the enzyme responsible for stimulating the melanocyte to produce pigment
By inhibiting this enzyme, it cannot stimulate the melanocyte to produce more pigment, therefore reducing the signs of hyperpigmentation for a clearer complexion

Ingredients:
Hydroquinone 4%
